We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.

Rafiq Shaikh, the first person from the Maharashtra Police to conquer Everest, has shown incredible determination and resilience in his journey. Despite facing numerous challenges, including the loss of three toes during his Everest Expedition, his passion for adventure and trekking remains unwavering. Inspired by his own experiences, Rafiq aims to train and motivate others to embark on treks, enabling them to experience a healthy and happy life. Currently, he is on a mission to conquer the eight highest mountains in the world. At Dream Adventures, he serves as our mentor, guiding and inspiring individuals to push their limits and embrace the thrill of outdoor exploration. His remarkable achievements and unwavering spirit make him an exceptional role model for aspiring adventurers.
